Lawrence Bass, CPA and attorney, is a general audit partner with Konigsberg Wolf & Co., P.C. For over 30 years, he has been actively involved in providing corporations and individuals with accounting, auditing, tax, planning and advisory services. He specializes in advising clients on the financial and operating planning needs of their businesses.

During his 18-year tenure with the firm, Mr. Bass has focused his efforts on providing clients with estate, financial, and elder care planning services. His particular area of expertise includes providing business advisory services to private and public companies, especially in helping them identify, negotiate and secure debt and equity financing, establish relationships with banks and factors, complete mergers and acquisitions and raising capital through private placements and angel investors.

Mr. Bass' client roster includes companies in the technology, real estate, consumer services, textile and apparel, as well as media (radio) industries. He is actively involved in the firm's management consulting group that assists clients with corporate planning, the development of effective budgetary controls, and the performance of operation analyses.

Mr. Bass is both a Certified Public Accountant and an attorney licensed to practice before the New York Bar. In addition, Mr. Bass has been active in many professional and community activities, including the New York Chamber Symphony (Treasurer), the Children's Blood Foundation (Board Member), and the Van Pelt Foundation (President).

Mr. Bass received his BS degree in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (1967) and his J.D. degree from the New York University Law School (1970).
