Peter Gadaleta, CPA, is an audit partner with Konigsberg Wolf & Company, P.C.  Since 1986, he has been actively involved in providing privately held businesses with highly personalized management, tax and audit advisory services. 

His efforts have been focused on providing a wide range of industries with management and business advisory services, especially in helping them secure debt and equity financing, establish relationships with banks and factors and implementing and maintaining internal accounting softwares. 

Mr. Gadaleta's client roster includes companies in the real estate, manufacturing, wholesale and retail distribution, construction, textile and apparel, and not-for-profit industries. He has worked extensively in these areas and is particularly well versed in the financial and tax issues that are unique to these industries. 

Mr. Gadaleta is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a current member of the Small Firms Practice Management Committee of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Gadaleta is licensed in New York and Puerto Rico. He received his BS in Accounting from Fordham University in 1986.
