Robert I. Konigsberg, CPA, is the Managing Partner of Konigsberg Wolf & Co., P.C. For over 42 years, he has managed the firm's operations, served as its principal policy planner, and supervised the orderly growth of its business base. He has assembled and manages a staff of skilled specialists who are able to provide the firm's clients with all of the financial services that any growing business requires, in the areas of Accounting and Auditing, Tax, and Management Consulting.

During his tenure with the firm, Mr. Konigsberg has focused his efforts on providing business advisory and management consulting services to the firm's largest clients. He assists them in identifying, negotiating, and securing financing, completing mergers and acquisitions, performing business valuations and workouts, and raising capital through public offerings and private placements.

Real estate companies of medium size with revenue bases between five and 100 million dollars comprise the bulk of Mr. Konigsberg's client roster.

Mr. Konigsberg is a Certified Public Accountant. He is an active member of many professional groups, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has served on various committees of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, including both its Ethics Committee and its Management Accounting Practice Committee.

Mr. Konigsberg received his BS degree from New York University (1960).
