Marshall Zieses, CPA is a senior audit partner with Konigsberg Wolf & Co., P.C. For almost 35 years, he has been actively involved in providing companies and individuals with a wide range of accounting, tax, auditing and consulting services.

During his tenure with the firm, Mr. Zieses has focused his efforts on providing clients with a variety of business advisory services. These include identifying, negotiating, and securing debt and equity financing, establishing relationships with banks and factors, completing mergers and acquisitions and raising capital through public and private placements. 

Mr. Zieses' client base includes companies operating in the manufacturing, textile and apparel, service, retail, import/export, real estate, insurance, and construction industries. He has worked extensively in these areas and is particularly well versed in the financial issues that are unique to these industries.

As a member of the firm's Quality Assurance and Review group, Mr. Zieses helps ensure that all attest functions are performed in accordance with the highest professional standards. He also monitors the firm's continuing education program that provides partners, managers, seniors and accounting staff with the training required to provide clients with the excellence of service upon which the firm's reputation has been built.

Mr. Zieses is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. 

Mr. Zieses received his BBA degree in accounting from Bernard Baruch College, City University of New York (1972).
